I’m in Kyoto!


１２月６日・７日と、会場を探しと打ち合わせのため
京都に来ています。

I am visiting Kyoto in order to seek the site and have a meeting on December 6 & 7.

５日夜、夜行バスに乗り、新宿から出発。
６日の６時ごろ、京都に着きました。
京都・・すごく寒いです！！！
雪がちらつていました。

I took an overnight bus from Shinjuku on the night of 5th and arrived in Kyoto at 6AM on 6th.
It is so cold in Kyoto!!!
There is light snow falling.

６時はまだ真っ暗で、どこにも行けず、
バス停で１時間ほど仮眠をしました。
その後、７時から京都タワーの地下に銭湯があることを知り、
行ってみることにしました。

As it was still dark at 6AM and I could not go out, I took a nap at the bus stop.
Then I heard there was a public bath on the basement of Kyoto Tower open at 7AM, I visited there.

京都駅。近代的です。　Kyoto Station.  It is very modern looking.

入ってみると、大きな浴槽がありました。
とても温まりました！

その後、参加作家さんのお知り合いのOさんにお会いしました。
Oさんのご紹介で、一つ目の会場を見てきました。
少し小さいかもしれませんが、なかなか良い会場です。
この会場を、４時間ほど見させていただきました。

Then, I met O-san who is a friend of participating artist.
I visited the first site through O-san.
Although it was a little bit small, it was a nice site.
I looked on the site for 4 hours.


その後、打ち合わせのために、NHK京都へ向かいました。

After that, I went to NHK Kyoto for a meeting.

NHK京都にも、展示スペースがあります。
展示スペースも拝見させていただきました。
京都で開催するときには、取材をしていただけそうです。

NHK Kyoto has an exhibition space, too.
I looked on the space.
When we hold the exhibition in Kyoto, NHK will come for an interview.

今回の京都滞在中で、会場を含め、講演会などもお話しも
進められそうです。

During this visit in Kyoto, I will be able to arrange a lecture as well as the site.

今日も一日、頑張ってきます！
