September 1: The Day of Carry-out
今日、９月１日は、搬出日でした。
It was the day of carry-out on September 1.
作家さんは、白石佳子さん、まつやまけいこさんが、
参加して下さいました。ありがとうございました！
ボランティアスタッフは、7名揃って、計9名で臨みました。
Ms. Yoshiko Shiraishi, and Ms. Keiko Matsuyama, participating artists, joined us. Thank you very much!
We had 7 volunteer staffs, so 9 of us worked on carry-out.
11時に集合し、ボランティアスタッフのＩさんから説明を受け、
手順を決め、11時半頃から作業を開始しました。
It gathered at 11:00, was given to explanation by Ms. I of a volunteer staff, opted for the procedure, and started work around 11:30.

今回は、約一年かけて各地を巡回するので、
段ボールの補強も念入りに行いました。
As the exhibition will tour many places for a year, we thoroughly reinforced cardboard boxes.
内側にも、緩衝材を貼り付けます。
Buffer materials were sealed inside.
地域ごとに分けられた絵を納める小箱。
Small boxes to put paintings classified by region.
絵は、緩衝材等で保護され、大切に小箱に納められます。
Paintings were wrapped up by buffer materials and thoroughly put in the small boxes.
計7個の段ボールは、この後、
運搬に協力して下さることになったボランティアさんの車で運ばれ、
スペースを提供して下さることになったボランティアさんのお宅にて、
大切に保管されます。
7 cardboard boxed will move to a house of one volunteer who provides the storing space by a car of another volunteer who supports for delivery, then the boxes will be stored carefully.
当日集まって下さった方ばかりでなく、影でもたくさんのボランティアさんたちが、
力を貸して下さっています。
Many volunteers have been supporting us as well as those who gathered today.
倉庫に片付けさせていただいていた机も元通りに配置し、
床もきれいに掃除します。
We fixed up desks stored in a warehouse and cleaned up the floor.
作業が完了したのは、夕方の6時でした。
みなさん、お疲れさまでした。
We completed to carry out paintings at 6PM.

ハックルベリーブックスの店長さんが、朝採りのゴーヤを下さいました。
お店の二階のテラスには、ゴーヤのグリーンカーテンがあるのです。
まるで、ハリネズミのようなかわいいゴーヤです。
A store manager of Huckleberry Books gave us a bitter gourd harvested in the morning. There was a terrace upstairs with bitter gourd’s “green curtain”.
It was a cute bitter gourd like a hedgehog.
一週間開催された柏展も、これでおしまいです。
ハックルベリーブックスさんには、大変お世話になりました。
本当に、ありがとうございました。
The 1-week exhibition in Kashiwa City closed today.
