May 27: Closing of the Exhibition in Taiwan
今日は、最終日でした。
Today was the last day in Taiwan.
最後ということもあり、朝あら絶えずお客さんが入ってきます。
As it was the last day, visitors were continuously coming since morning.
最後にもう一度見たい、と何回も会場に足を運んでくれた方が
大勢いらっしゃいました。
There were many people who visited us repeatedly because they wanted to see paintings one more time before closing.
このお父さんと子供たちは、座談会も出席し、４回も会場に来てくれました。
手作りのビンに入ったお手紙をいただきました。
宝物がひとつ増えました。
The father and children participated in the discussion meeting and visited the exhibition for 4 times. They gave me a letter in the handcrafted bottle. I got one more treasure.
大きくなっていく、想いの木・・。
Growing the tree of hope…
夕方になってもどんどん、観にこられます。
More visitors in the evening.
１９：００ごろ・・
Around 19:00.
２１：００近くなりました。
もう終わりの時間なのに、まだこの賑わいです。
It was around 21:00. Although it came near the time at which the exhibition closed, the site was crowded like that.
想いの木は、動物たちの形に切り抜かれた想いの紙で
いっぱいになっていました。
There were many animal-shaped papers on the tree of hope.
そしてみんなの想いが木全体を覆いました。
And all thoughts covered the tree.
芳名張の最後に描いてあった絵。
確か、小学校の１～２年生くらいの女の子が描いていたと思います。
うさぎの横には、「ジャヨ シャオ ドン ウー」と書いてあります。
意味は「頑張って、動物たち」。
The picture was drawn on the last page of the guestbook.
I remember a girl who was the 1st or 2nd grade of elementary school drew it.
The words “Jiayou xiao dongwu” was written by a rabbit.
It means “good luck, animals”
２１：１５分ごろ、最後のお客さんが会場を出て行かれました。
会場の扉を閉めて、１０日間の台湾展が終了しました。
今日の来場者数は、７６０人でした。
１０日間で、約４０００人の人が、この展覧会を観に来てくださいました。
The last visitor left the site around 21:15.
We closed the door and then 10-day exhibition in Taiwan closed.
There were 760 visitors today.
We had 4000 visitors for 10 days to see the exhibition.
最後に、誰もいなくなった会場の写真を撮りました。
絵たちをしっかりと支えてくれた会場に感謝の気持ちを込めて・・
絵から抜け出し、きっと会場で走りまわっていただろう動物たちに、
お疲れ様と祈りを込めて・・
本当に、本当にすべてのものに、ありがとうございました。
At last, I took photos of the site without visitors with sincere gratitude to the site where supported our paintings…
and with sincere gratitude and pray to animals who came out from paintings and ran around the space.
